1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

This website does not have user accounts, contact forms or payment processing, and does not collect personal data by itself.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we receive the data you choose to share (your name, phone number, message). We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

3. Cookies and analytics

By default this website sets no analytics cookies. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we enable Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) with IP anonymisation to understand how visitors use the site. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

4. Third-party services

WhatsApp: if you click a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics (only with your consent): data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Data retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our business relationship, and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hello@xigul.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
